What is HappyCornerBaking?

Hi there! I’m Zachary, a baking nerd from N.Ireland who has always loved tinkering with different recipes. So I decided I might as well document them somewhere – and this is the place.

I’ve been baking for many years while renting in small houses with tiny kitchens. But the kitchen was always my happy place, my happy corner. So when I started putting this site together I decided to call it HappyCornerBaking.

I try to make videos for most things I put on the site, so check out the links to my accounts to see more on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. You should find them at the top of the page.
